B.E.S.T. stands for Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique. It is a non-invasive, hands-on holistic healthcare system designed to address the stress patterns in the body (human or animal). The technique is based on the idea that physical, mental, and emotional imbalances in the body can disrupt the flow of energy and lead to health issues.
Spiritual B.E.S.T. looks at the true nature of the individual to pull that forward to the surface of their awareness and their lives. This allows the healing that is necessary to unfold as a by-product of your awakening to your true magnificent nature.
Animal B.E.S.T. looks at the true nature of the animal supporting healing on a physical, mental and emotional level.

This frees up energy that can be recreated and re-sourced to spark focus and clarity, resulting in your authentic expression.
